Funeral set for July 1 for Harold Harton

Harold Windell Harton Sr., 94, of Lampasas died at home on June 21, 2022. Visitation will be held on June 30 from 6-8 p.m. at Sneed-Carnley Funeral Chapel. Services will take place at First Baptist Church in Lampasas on July 1 at 2 p.m. A private burial will be held at a later date.

Wanda Routh Brewster Franklin died on June 16, 2022 at her home in Lampasas. A graveside service and burial will be held at Blanket Cemetery June 25 at 10 a.m. Sneed-Carnley Funeral Chapel of Lampasas has charge of arrangements.

James “Jimmie” Marshal Perkins, 88, of Lampasas, died on June 17, 2022, at Silver Creek Assisted Living in Lampasas. Services will be held at First Baptist Church in Lampasas on June 24 at 10 a.m., with visitation an hour prior. Interment will follow at Townsen Cemetery in Adamsville.

Ms. Salazar

Carolina L. Salazar, 80, of Lampasas died June 13, 2022 at Lampasas Nursing and Rehabilitation. She was born May 18, 1942 in Lampasas, the daughter of Lupe Lopez and Nasaria Mejia Lopez. Carolina was a homemaker. She had lived in Lampasas all her life and was Catholic.

Mr. Rollins

Stephen Wells Rollins died on June 13, 2022, just four days after his 69th birthday. A service will be held at Sneed-Carnley Funeral Chapel on June 23 at 4 p.m. Steve was an "Air Force brat" as a child, moving all around the country with his family.

Mrs. Shultz

Linda Lee Shultz of Lampasas died at her home on June 8, 2022. She was born on Dec. 25, 1948, in Houston to Jack Fowler Sr. and Virginia Bruce Fowler. She married Kent Shultz on July 31, 2010, at the Legion Club in League City, Texas.

Marcia Alice Chown, 92, of Lometa died on June 6, 2022, at Goldthwaite Health and Rehab after a long illness. She lived in Lometa the past 26 years and moved there to be closer to family.
