Mrs. Aurora Frances Argo, 81, of Lampasas died on March 24, 2021 in Woodruff, South Carolina. She was born in Lampasas to Jose and Damiana Lopez Maldonado on March 22, 1940. She married Gary Warner “Victor” Argo in Temple on March 17, 1961. Mrs. Argo graduated from high school in Lampasas.

Ms. Quakenbush

Rose Anita Quakenbush, 76, died on March 25, 2021, after a long battle with dementia. Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. April 2 at Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery in Killeen. Sneed Funeral Chapel of Lampasas has charge of arrangements.

Brynlee Grace Fisher, infant daughter of Wyatt Fisher and Anissa Lewis of Lampasas, died on March 25, 2021 at AdventHealth Central Texas hospital in Killeen.

Joe A. Cook, 77, of Copperas Cove died on March 21, 2021 at his residence. He was born in Kempner to Freeman and Amanda Broadway Cook on June 22, 1943. Joe married Lillian Lemaster on Nov. 6, 1976 in Killeen, and they were married 44 years.

Myra Grace Kessler Casbeer, age 87, died March 14, 2021. Born March 21, 1933 to Born March 21, 1933 to Gottlieb and Christina Kessler in Anamoose, North Dakota, Myra was the fourth of nine children. She and her siblings grew up on the family farm.
