Glenn Franklin Barker

On Thursday, December 16, 1937, Glenn was born to James Glenn Barker and Ella Mae Franklin in San Saba, Texas. On Tuesday, May 18, 2021 at Charlton Methodist Hospital, Dallas, Texas, he died. He was 83 years old.

Mr. Lynch

Michael Payton Lynch, 68, of Midlothian, died on June 21, 2021. Mike was born on Feb. 28, 1953, in Lampasas to the late Charles and Laverne Lynch. His family was active in the community for almost 30 years.

Mr. Strange

Robert Strange, 77, of Copperas Cove died at his residence on June 13, 2021. Robert was born on April 9, 1944 in Fort Bragg, North Carolina to Harold James and Loretta E. (Spanbauer) Strange. He moved to Copperas Cove in 1991 from Fort Rucker, Alabama.

Mr. Macpherson

Micheale Jon Macpherson, 40, of Kempner died at his residence in Lampasas County on June 4, 2021. He was born on June 17, 1980 in Hugo, Colorado to Marc and Nina (St. Clair) Macpherson. He had lived in Lampasas County for the past three years after moving here from Alabama.

Mr. O’Bier

Kyle Andrew O’Bier, 29, of Lampasas died on June 6, 2021 in Austin. He was born on Oct. 6, 1991, in Channelview to Barry and Gail (Samoheyl) O’Bier. He had lived in Lampasas for the past 17 years, moving here with his family from Highlands, Texas.

Mr. Richardson

W.C. Richardson, 75, of Lampasas died June 8, 2021 at home, surrounded by his family. Funeral services will be held June 16 at 10 a.m. at Sneed Funeral Chapel. Burial with military honors will be at 1 p.m. at the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery in Killeen. W.C.

Mrs. Wilkinson

Velma Jordan “Sug” Wilkinson was born Feb. 11, 1943 in Lampasas to the late Bill and Ollie Jordan. She graduated from Lampasas High School in 1961. Wilkinson on March 4, 1961. They traveled across the country, as he worked for Brown and Root.

Mr. Montgomery

Bobby J. Montgomery Sr., 83, died in Lampasas on June 6, 2021. He was born on Oct. 23, 1937 in Munday, Texas to James Paul and Essie Mae (Bridges) Montgomery. In 1970, he moved from Harker Heights to Lampasas, where he lived the rest of his life. In 1958, Bobby joined the U.S.

Mr. Moseley

Tom Moseley, 53, died at his residence in Gatesville on June 3, 2021. He was born in Temple on Oct. 20, 1967 to Sonny and Patsy (Goodson) Moseley. He lived in Coryell County all his life.
