Virginia Felan, 68, of Lampasas died on Sept. 22, 2021. She was born on Feb. 28, 1953, in Seguin to Ramon Banda and Maria Sophia Vasquez. She was a homemaker, and loved to spend time shopping and watching her grandkids play football.

Mr. Forbes

Leroy Leland Forbes Sr., 79, of Lampasas, died on Sept. 11, 2021 at AdventHealth Rollins Brook. Memorial services will be held Sept. 27 at First Street Church of Christ. Interment with military honors and Masonic rights will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery. Leroy was born Sept.

Mr. Lockhart

Bill Lockhart, 62, of Lampasas died on Sept. 20, 2021, at Ascension Seton Medical Center in Austin. Bill was born on Nov. 10, 1958, in Burnet to Gordon Keith “Bud” Lockhart and Neva Jo Taylor Lockhart. He resided in Lampasas.

Mr. Hall

William “Bill” Charles Hall, 71, of Lampasas died at his residence on Sept. 21, 2021. He was born on Jan. 5, 1950, in Watseka, Illinois to Eldon Hall and Eunice Cook Hall. He came to Lampasas in 1985 from Colorado. He was a member of New Covenant Church in Lampasas. Bill was a retired firefighter.

Mr. Mooney

Steve Raymond Mooney, 71, of Lampasas died Sept. 14, 2021, at AdventHealth Central Texas in Killeen. Visitation was held Sept. 23 at Sneed Funeral Chapel. Graveside services will be Sept. 25 at 10 a.m. at Oak Hill Cemetery. Steve was born on Feb.

Mr. Smith

Robert Paul Smith Jr., 62, of Kempner died at his residence on Sept. 5, 2021. He was born Feb. 13, 1959 in Salmon, Idaho, to Robert Paul Smith Sr. and Sandra Worrell Smith. Robert married Laura Lee Johnson on Oct. 30, 1982 in Redding, California.

Mr. Davis

Billie C. Davis, 82, of Lampasas died at his home on Sept. 15, 2021. He was born in Wayne County, North Carolina. Bill joined the Air Force and retired after 22 years of service. He enjoyed working in his garden and fishing in Port Aransas.

Mrs. Maldonado

Benita Maldonado, 95, of Lampasas died on Sept. 16, 2021 in Lampasas. Visitation was held at Sneed Funeral Chapel on Sept. 20, with a rosary afterward. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Mary Catholic Church on Sept. 21 at 10 a.m. Interment will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery.

Mrs. Clardy

Evelyn Marie Kirby Clardy, 92, of Lometa died Sept. 14, 2021 in Nacogdoches. Viewing took place Sept. 19 at the Lometa Church of Christ, and the service followed with Aubrey Rodgers officiating. Afterward, a graveside service was held at Senterfitt Cemetery near Lometa.

Mrs. Patterson

Georgia “Jo” Lucille Patterson, 90, of Kempner died on Sept. 14, 2021. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Sept. 27 at Clear Creek Baptist Church, 3350 FM 2657 in Kempner, with burial to follow at Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery in Killeen. Visitation will be from 2-4 p.m. Sept.
