Michel Kent Gordon, 43, of Kempner, died on July 3, 2022. Michel was born April 13, 1979 in Charlotte County, Florida. The family will receive guests for a time of visitation from 6-8 p.m. July 7 at Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home in Copperas Cove.

Mr. Booth

Bobby Bryan Booth, 72, of Lampasas died on June 28, 2022, at his home. Funeral services will be held at Sneed-Carnley Funeral Chapel on July 2 at 11 a.m. Interment will be private at Cook-Walden Memorial Hill Cemetery in Austin. Bobby was born in Lampasas on April 16, 1950.

Mr. Jordon

Walter Lawrence Jordon, 62, a lifetime Lampasas resident, died in a fire at his house on June 13, 2022. Walter was born on Oct. 27, 1959 at Rollins Brook Community Hospital in Lampasas to Joseph Warren and Clessie (Bell) Jordon. He attended Lampasas schools.

Mrs. Bedford

Rita Joyce Bedford, 77, of Senoia, Georgia, died at her home on May 27, 2022. She was born on Jan. 10, 1945, to the late Lee Conklin and Bonnie “White” Conklin. Rita was also preceded in death by her husband, Billy Raymond Bedford, and her son, James Ray Henry Jr.

Wanda Routh Brewster Franklin died on June 16, 2022 at her home in Lampasas. A graveside service and burial will be held at Blanket Cemetery June 25 at 10 a.m. Sneed-Carnley Funeral Chapel of Lampasas has charge of arrangements.

Mr. Rathmann

Donnell Rucker Rathman, 89, died on June 16, 2022. Graveside services will be held June 30 at Oak Hill Cemetery at 11 a.m. Sneed-Carnley Funeral Chapel has charge of arrangements. A full obituary will appear in an upcoming edition of the newspaper.

Funeral set for July 1 for Harold Harton

Harold Windell Harton Sr., 94, of Lampasas died at home on June 21, 2022. Visitation will be held on June 30 from 6-8 p.m. at Sneed-Carnley Funeral Chapel. Services will take place at First Baptist Church in Lampasas on July 1 at 2 p.m. A private burial will be held at a later date.
