Walter Lawrence Jordon, 62, a lifetime Lampasas resident, died in a fire at his house on June 13, 2022.
Walter was born on Oct. 27, 1959 at Rollins Brook Community Hospital in Lampasas to Joseph Warren and Clessie (Bell) Jordon. He attended Lampasas schools.
He was a mechanic and enjoyed working on small engines and lawnmowers. He also was an animal lover; his dogs were precious to him.
Walter is survived by his brother, James Jordon and wife LaNelle of Lampasas; and by one sister, Rosie Lawson of Ardmore, Oklahoma.
Heritage Funeral Home of Lampasas has charge of arrangements.
