Jewel Annis Allen, 94, a longtime resident of Lampasas, died on April 30, 2023. Graveside services will be held at 2:30 p.m. May 6 at Pidcoke Cemetery, with Bill Bales officiating. Sneed-Carnley Funeral Chapel of Lampasas has charge of arrangements.

Gaynell Ross Dalton, 101, died on April 30, 2023, at Lily Springs Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Lampasas. Visitation will be held at Sneed-Carnley Funeral Chapel in Lampasas from 5-7 p.m. on May 5. Services will be held at 10 a.m. May 6 at Adamsville Baptist Church.

Mrs. Duncan

Jacklyn Ann Neely Traylor Duncan died April 26, 2023 at the age of 85, dementia robbing her of memory and eventually life. Born in Texarkana, Texas on Aug. 28, 1937 to Sara Neely and Charles C. Neely, she spent the majority of her life in Texas.

Ms. Litton

Cora Jean Litton, 81, of Lampasas died April 19, 2023, at AdventHealth Central Texas in Killeen. Services will be private. Sneed-Carnley Funeral Chapel has charge of arrangements. Cora was born in Lampasas on Aug. 25, 1941, to Wilburn and Evelyn (Parsons) Weaks.

Mr. Carroll

Mack Aaron Carroll, 87, died April 15, 2023, in Belton. Visitation was held at Sneed-Carnley Funeral Chapel on April 19. Funeral services were held at Lampasas Methodist Church at 11 a.m. April 20, with a Masonic burial that followed at Smith Cemetery in Kempner. Mack was born on Jan.

Mr. Gilstrap

Drexel Dee Gilstrap was born Sept. 3, 1958 to Faye Elizabeth (Lee) Gilstrap and Walter Dee Gilstrap Sr of Lampasas. He died April 18, 2023 in El Paso. Drexel is survived by his wife, Donna Gilstrap; daughter, Tawnya (Gilstrap) Branscum; sons Drexel Gilstrap Jr.

Mr. Kolodziej

David Mark Kolodziej, 56, of Lampasas, died on April 16, 2023 at his home. Recitation of the rosary was at 6 p.m. April 20 at Heritage Funeral Home in Lampasas. Requiem Mass is 11 a.m. April 21 at St Mary Catholic Church in Lampasas. The Rite of Committal will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery.

Mr. Carroll

Mack Carroll, 87, died April 15, 2023 in Belton. Visitation will be held at Sneed-Carnley Funeral Chapel on April 19 from 6-8 p.m. Services will be held at Lampasas Methodist Church on April 20 at 11 a.m., with interment to follow at Smith Cemetery in Kempner.

Mr. Crawford

Gregory Lee Crawford, 70, died on April 14, 2023, at his home in Lampasas. Funeral services were held at Sneed-Carnley Funeral Chapel on April 17 at 11 a.m. Visitation was an hour prior to the service. Greg was born on Dec. 13, 1952 in Lampasas.

Ms. Finnell

Lillie M. Finnell, 75, died on April 4, 2023, at her home in Killeen. Services were held at Sneed-Carnley Funeral Chapel in Lampasas on April 15 at 2 p.m. with a visitation an hour prior. Lillie was born May 9, 1947 in Jonesboro, Louisiana to John and Ada Mae Williams.
