Mr. Henderson

Leo Henderson was born on Jan. 26, 1939 in Lampasas County to Ernest Cadwell and Mary Gertrude Henderson. His death occurred on Feb. 3, 2024.

He knew the value of hard work and worked until his retirement in 2016 in both the sand and gravel, and ready-mix concrete businesses.

Leo is survived by his wife of 52 years, Lynda Gayle of Hewitt; three sons, Greg and wife Laurie of Lampasas, Mike and wife Carmen of Copperas Cove, and Anthony of Waco; one stepdaughter, Kristi and husband Dennis of Waco; nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren; a sister, Patricia Hughes and husband Alfred of Georgetown; a brother, Ernest Jr. and wife Glenda of Lampasas; and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
