Mr. Burklund

William Ryne Burklund, 32, died Feb. 28, 2024, after a brief illness.

He was born Oct. 31, 1991 to Terry Burklund and Lana Groves.

He grew up in Dripping Springs and after living in Houston returned to Lampasas.

He is survived by his mother Lana of Lampasas; father Terry (Lori) of Dripping Springs; brother, Heath Burklund (Alisha) and children Payton, Bryce and Ryann; and grandparents Charlotte Groves and Phillip McMillan of Bend, and Lorena Burklund of Dripping Springs.

After cremation, his ashes will be scattered at his most happy place – the Z bar family cemetery – with his great-grandparents Mary and Billy Groves.
