Bessie Carolyne H. Norred, 81, died Feb. 26, 2021 at Autumn Grove Cottage in Katy. Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. March 6 at Oak Hill Cemetery in Lampasas, with Dr. Rick Willis officiating. Carolyne was born on Dec. 22, 1939 in Meridian, Mississippi to Otis and Irene Hodgins Hodges.

DONALD RAY HARDEMAN AKA “HONEYBEAR” AND “CHIEF”

Donald Ray Hardeman, aka "Honeybear" and "Chief", age 62 of Lampasas, TX passed away on Thursday, February 4, 2021. Donald was born June 3, 1958 in Pine Ridge, South Dakota. Donald served in the US Army as a motor transport operator and truck vehicle mechanic.

Mr. Banks

Wayne William Banks, 78, died in his home on Feb. 15, 2021. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Wayne was born in Marion County, Alabama on Dec. 5, 1942 to Waymon and Margaret Banks. He grew up in Lampasas and graduated from Lampasas High School in 1960.

Marie Gloria Blanchette Berger, 96, died on Feb. 20, 2021 in Lampasas. A Funeral Mass for Marie already has been held, and interment will be held at a later date in Connecticut. Marie was born on Jan. 25, 1925 in Falls River, Massachusetts to Wilford and Albertine Gaboriau.

Pedro L. Montoya Sr., 79, of Lampasas died on Feb. 16, 2021 in Killeen. He was born on July 29, 1941 in Puerto de Luna, New Mexico to Juan and Corina (Lopez) Montoya. Pedro married Dolores Ramirez on Oct. 16, 1959 in Lubbock, and they were married 61 years.
