Sandra Kay Blackburn, 78, died on April 12, 2021 in Hamilton.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. April 17 at Sneed Funeral Chapel in Lampasas, with a visitation an hour prior to the service. Interment will follow at Murphree Cemetery in Evant.
Kay was born on July 14, 1942 in Lampasas to Jerry and Mona Jones Gee.
She married RD Blackburn on Dec. 15, 1961.
She was preceded in death by her husband on Feb. 14, 2021, and by a brother-inlaw, Jackie Blackburn.
Survivors include her sisters-in-law Betty Weeks and husband Gail, Jimmie Blackburn, Teresa Cathey and husband Bobby, and Glenda Shinn and husband CE; a brother-in-law, Bill Blackburn and wife Cindy; and numerous nieces and nephews.
