Roger Dale Havins, 60, of Lampasas died on Oct. 29, 2023.
Memorial services will be held at Sneed-Carnley Funeral Chapel in Lampasas on Nov. 20 at 10 a.m.
Roger was born on March 3, 1963, in Houston to David Hamilton Havins Sr. and Maxcine Gay (McAnally) Havins.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his brother, David Hamilton Havins; a sister, Melba Burns; and his niece, Jody Cooley.
Survivors include his son, David Havins; daughter, Shelby Lynn Roaff; brother, Troy Havins and wife Emma; sisters Susan Irene Stephens and husband Rusty, Gay Lynn Havins May and Libby Clark; grandchildren Damion Dashawn, Alyssa Star, Jeremiah Isaiah, Demetri Jade and Jude Elizabeth; and numerous nieces, nephews and other family members.
