Do a mirror check. Do you look like a human, or a human cashew? Do you tend to slump your shoulders when you stand? When you sit at your desk, is your spine in a neutral position, or is it hunched forward like the curve of a cashew nut? These slumping behaviors lead to weakness of the rotator cuff.
