Burn ban continues through July 24

The Junior Pierian senior girls and their mothers gathered April 20 for a celebration dinner given by members of the Pierian Club. The dinner was held at the home of Carol Wright, with co-hostesses Ruth Martin, Lucy Walker and Alicia Straley, president of the Pierian Club.

Summer meals offered at no cost for youth up to age 18

The Lampasas ISD Nutrition Services Department has announced that its summer meals program will be offered again this year at no cost. Children and teens through age 18, plus LISD students with disabilities up to age 21, are eligible.

Fundraiser on tap for fire department
