Frosty morning greets Lampasas residents

The sun rises over a frost-covered vehicle and rooftops in Lampasas on Saturday. The Lower Colorado River Authority weather station outside of town recorded a low of 22 degrees that morning, but the county dodged significant snow or ice accumulation.
