Mrs. Disharoon

Mrs. Frances Disharoon, 83, of Lampasas, died peacefully on Aug. 1, 2026, surrounded by her family.Frances was born on Oct. 13, 1942, in Eagle Pass. She made her home in Lampasas, where she became known for her kindness, generous heart and dedication to serving others.

Mrs. Hill

Patricia “Patty” Ruth Hill, 88, died July 21, 2026, in Augusta, Georgia.Patty was born Aug. 30, 1937, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Lloyd and Mamye Boardman. She grew up in Orange, Texas, and moved to Corpus Christi at age 18.

Doris Aileen Ricker, 99, died peacefully, surrounded by her family, on June 30, 2026, at her home in Lampasas.Services will be held at Sneed-Carnley Funeral Chapel on Aug. 1 at 11 a.m., with visitation an hour prior. Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery.

Mr. Spivey

Leonard Everett Spivey, 84, of Lampasas, died on July 28, 2026. A memorial visitation will be held at Sneed-Carnley Funeral Chapel on Aug. 1 from 5-7 p.m.Leonard was born in Lampasas on May 28, 1942, to Leonard William Spivey and Annette (Roberts) Spivey.

James Scott Underwood, known to many as Scotty, was born on July 13, 1954, in Burnet. He died on July 23, 2026.Services will be held at Sneed-Carnley Funeral Chapel in Lampasas on July 28 at 2 p.m., with visitation an hour prior. Burial will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery.

Mr. Cisneros

Blas Cisneros, 87, of Lampasas, died peacefully at his home on July 25, 2026.Blas was born on Feb. 3, 1939, to Jesus and Julia Cisneros in Crystal City, Texas. When he was 3, his family moved to Lampasas, where he spent the remainder of his life. He was the third of six children.
