Luz Maria Rodriguez, 67, died on Feb. 6, 2021 at Ascension Seton Medical Center in Austin. Visitation will be held from 6-7 p.m. Feb. 11 at Sneed Funeral Chapel in Lampasas, with a prayer service to start at 7 p.m. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Feb.

Mr. Peachee

James Lynn Peachee Sr., 90, died Jan. 30, 2021 at his home in Kempner. James was born on Sept. 12, 1930 in Bakersfield, California to Seth Albert and Eula Lucille Gann Peachee. He served his country in the United States Navy for 13 years and was a Navy Seal.

Mrs. Shands

Teresa Darlene Shands, 67, of Las Vegas and a former longtime Lampasas resident, died at home Dec. 25, 2020 after suffering a stroke on June 30. Teresa was born on Dec. 22, 1953 to Butch and Gerene Reed. She married Jerald Lee Goins in 1969.

Keith Lee Brooks, 55, died on Feb. 2, 2021, at his residence in Lometa. Graveside services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Feb. 6 at Chadwick Cemetery in Lometa. Sneed Funeral Chapel in Lampasas has charge of arrangements. Keith was born Aug.

Milton V. Carroll

Milton Varnell Carroll passed from this life on January 31, 2021 at Mercy House in Temple, Texas. He was born May 30, 1932, the youngest of 4 children of Milton and Minnie Reese Carroll at Izoro, Texas.

Mrs. Covington

Shirley Claire Covington, 86, of Dallas died at her residence on Jan. 26, 2021 after a difficult battle with pancreatic cancer. Shirley was born on March 24, 1934 in Texarkana to Edward J. and Ruby Vivian (Hanson) Wright.

Mrs. Carter

Ruth A. Carter, 80, of Killeen died on Jan. 25, 2021 in Killeen. She was born on March 14, 1940 in Pittsburg, Pennsylvania. Mrs. Carter had resided in Killeen since 1971.

Ms. Greenberg

Connie Ann Greenberg died Jan. 22 at University Hospital in San Antonio. Funeral services will be at Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Jan. 29 at Sneed Funeral Chapel in Lampasas, followed by burial at Oak Hill Cemetery. Connie was born March 12, 1967 in Lampasas to Eugene and Jeanette Greenberg.

Don Ray Ralph, 90, died on Jan. 24, 2021 at AdventHealth Central Texas in Killeen. Visitation will be held from 5-7 p.m. Jan. 29 at Sneed Funeral Chapel. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Jan. 30 at Sneed Funeral Chapel, with interment to follow at Oak Hill Cemetery in Lampasas.

Mr. Phelan

James Thomas Phelan, 84, of Keller died on Jan. 25, 2021. Graveside service will be held at 12:30 p.m. on Feb. 2 at Oak Hill Cemetery in Lampasas. Mr. Phelan was born Mr. Phelan was born March 21, 1936 to lifelong Lampasas residents Jesse Tolbert and Hollis Marie Phelan.
