Mr. Hanson

Glen Hanson, 66, died unexpectedly on Feb. 9, 2021, at AdventHealth Central Texas in Killeen.

A memorial service will be held at a later date and will be announced on his Facebook page. Sneed Funeral Chapel of Lampasas has charge of arrangements.

Glen was born May 25, 1954 in Lampasas to Carl and Eloise Hanson. He grew up in Lampasas and graduated from Lampasas High School.

He married Angela Trulove Ramsey in 2001, and they were married for almost 20 years.

Glen enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, and loved having his grandchildren stay with him. They enjoyed going to breakfast with him every weekend and playing outside with their Papa. Glen had a larger-than-life personality. He reminded others that nothing in life ever comes easily and we have to go after what we want.

Glen was preceded in death by his parents and his son, Bill Pendergraft.

He is survived by his spouse, Angela Hanson of Lampasas; his children Nathan and Becky Trulove, James and Rachel Spaulding, and Jessica and LeeLynn Dalton; grandchildren Aidan, Lexi and Nicolas Trulove, Brandon, Jasmine, Lillian and Camelia Spaulding, and Kambden, RyeLynn, Jaydynn and Alexis Dalton; his siblings Richard and Sue Hanson, Mary and Curtis Johnson, Carole Heller, Wesley, and Bonnie Hanson, and Jerry and Nelda Hanson; as well as many nieces and nephews.
