James “Jim” Berner of Lampasas died Oct. 28, 2020. He was 85.
A memorial service is set for Nov. 7 at 1 p.m. at Adamsville Baptist Church.
He was born on Feb. 2, 1935 in Trenton, New Jersey to Joseph Berner and Helen Berner.
Mr. Berner operated a photography studio in New Jersey before moving to Texas in 1983 and working in the bar and restaurant industry.
He married Susi Fowler on June 3, 1994 in Houston.
Mr. Berner was preceded in death by a son, Michael Berner; a daughter, Kathy Berner; and a brother, Joe Berner.
Survivors include his wife Susi Berner of Lampasas; children Ryan and Stephanie Clark, and Jeff and Heidi Naumow; and seven grandchildren.
