After calling the Lampasas Police Department about an unrelated incident, a 25-year-old Lampasas female found herself and a 2-year-old male passenger involved in a rollover on Oct. 13.

A 41-year-old woman from Frisco was sent to the hospital after receiving injuries in a single-vehicle motorcycle accident on Oct. 13.

A Lampasas County man entered a plea of guilty last week in a felony child sexual assault case. Michael Patrick Carr, 62, pleaded guilty to aggravated sexual assault of a child and received a sentence of five years in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice Institutional Division, the minimum sentence for the charge.
