Kempner police officials have arrested a suspect charged in a November shooting. On Thursday, Kempner Police Department, with the assistance of the Lampasas County Sheriff’s Office and Texas Department of Public Safety Rangers Division and Highway Patrol division, took 21-year-old Timothy Wayne Chaudoin Jr.
