Christmas on the Creek returns this Saturday

Hundreds of Lampasas residents and visitors from afar will flock to W.M. Brook Park to soak in the holiday spirit this weekend at Vision Lampasas’ Christmas on the Creek.

Five residences on tap for Sunday’s Tour of Homes

The Lampasas County Museum will hold its annual Tour of Homes event Sunday afternoon from 1-5 p.m. Tickets are available from museum board members or may be purchased Sunday at the museum.

FFA takes awards in area contests

Fifteen Lampasas FFA members traveled to Uvalde Nov. 20 to compete in the Area VII Leadership contests.Taking fifth place in Agricultural Advocacy were Ava Rojas, Janie Turner and Leah Walker.

Meet Eddie Ingram, this year’s HoliDazzle Christmas Parade grand marshal

U.S. Army veteran and Ajinomoto Foods employee Eddie Ingram is set to serve as this year’s HoliDazzle Christmas Parade marshal on Dec. 6.For Ingram, the Christmas season is all about getting together with family.“I live for the grandbabies,” he said.
