Tow truck driver killed in hit-and-run collision
Throngs of Lampasans strolled through Candy Cane Lane at W.M. Brook Park on Saturday to view the holiday lights and festive decorations set up to celebrate the Christmas season. The Christmas on the Creek event offered rides on the Candy Cane Express, a visit with Santa and Mrs. Claus, and a stroll through the North Pole Village while sipping on hot chocolate. Christmas on the Creek brings crowds to park
The Lampasas County Commissioners Court presented retiring County Clerk Connie Hartmann with a plaque to recognize her service over the last four decades.
