Fundraiser supports cheer squad

Lampasas High School cheerleaders are on hand for a drive-through pork chop dinner, held Monday at the campus parking lot. Benny Boyd auto dealership provided food for the event, and proceeds will benefit the cheer program.

GRAND JURY INDICTMENTS

Lampasas County grand jury convened Wednesday to conclude its January term. A new panel will be named in July. The Lampasas Police Department – represented by Sgt. Investigator Tim Ryan, Sgt. Investigator Fidel Morua and Sgt.

Lampasas ISD preps for new school year

A federally funded grant to help schools re-open and combat negative effects of the COVID-19 pandemic will affect some Lampasas Independent School District staff when the grant expires in 2025, Superintendent Dr. Chane Rascoe told trustees at Monday’s school board meeting.
