The Lampasas Middle School tennis team traveled to Llano last week, and several players came home with medals.
Monte Gauna placed third in boys’ singles for seventh grade. Ellie Peiser won first, and Haley Magilke finished fourth in the girls’ singles competition.
Alex Mejorada/Pablo Cortez won third place in boys’ doubles, beating teammates Homero Bazuldua/Trenton McMahan who finished fourth.
