On a humid and sunny Wednesday morning, mother-daughter duo Shante and Evalynn Seward were quite active along the creek at W.M. Brook Park. While Mom was patient holding the fishing pole, her 8-year-old was calf deep in the water, with cup in hand, grabbing the fish. “She’s determined all right,” Shante Seward said of her daughter.
