Both the Badgers and Lady Badgers had good showings at the Burnet powerlifting meet on Thursday.
“The Lampasas boys’ team was seventh-place overall with 17 points,” coach David Brister said. “Weston Reid was the Heavy Weightlifter of the Meet with a total of 1,580 pounds. Weston also broke the school records in the 198-pound class with a 650-pound squat and a 1,580-pound total.”
