The Lampasas Middle School competed in the district track meet last week, and all four teams finished in the top two of the district.
Starting with the Lady Badgers, the seventh-grade girls placed second overall with 102 points, while the eighth-grade team won the district title with 123.50 points.
Seven teams overall competed in the girls’ division.
