The city of Lampasas will hold its Kid Fish Day June 5-6 at W.M. Brook Park.
Registration opens at 5 p.m. Friday, and the fishing derby begins at 6 p.m. Fishing will end at noon Saturday, and prizes will be awarded.
Hot dogs and s’mores will be served for supper, and a movie in the park will be shown after sunset.
Primitive camping is available for those who are interested.
