Lampasan competes in senior competiton, encourages others to follow

The National Senior Games is an annual event that features an Olympic-style, multisport format in which adults age 50 and up compete with their peers in an effort to stay physically active and maintain fitness through the joys of competition.
Local resident Wyman Powers competes in bowling in the National Senior Games. He recently traveled to Des Moines, Iowa, and came home with some hardware.
