Lampasas won 18-5 in a JV tennis match at Pflugerville High School on Thursday.

“We took 10 girls and only three boys, but they all played well,” coach Kenneth Peiser said. “They all do a good job at competing and want to be out there and play.”

James Vasquez/Luke Rogers won one doubles match but lost the second one, and both won their singles contests.

Alex Rodriguez/Madison Miles won their mixed doubles match. Miles also went on to win in singles.

Hannah Durbin/Allison Valdez and Jessica Miller/ Layla Vanhook won in doubles as well as singles.

Emily Martinez/Victoria Whitham dropped a close doubles match, but both won their singles.

Charlotte Carmack lost her first match but won her second.

LHS is scheduled to play at Killeen High School on Nov. 10 in a dual match.
