The Lometa varsity boys slammed the Brookesmith Mustangs on the road Tuesday and then won at Richland Springs on Wednesday in a make-up game. The Hornets stayed within one game of the dstrict leader, Cherokee, who will visit Lometa Jan. 29 at 7:30 p.m.
