The Lometa Hornet basketball team struggled in a couple of tough losses, falling to Brookesmith and Richland Springs in games last week.
Against Brookesmith, the Hornets lost 67-33.
“It was just a bad game for us in general,” Lometa head coach Austin Martin said. “We couldn’t shoot, couldn’t get a stop, and guys lacked hustle.”
Jordan Livesay led the way in scoring in the game with 12 points.
