The Georgetown Gateway Prep Lady Gators edged out Lampasas 2-1 in varsity soccer on Tuesday.
“I am happy to report in a great effort by our young ladies that did sadly come up short,” LHS coach Kiff Wiemers said.
After a 0-0 score at halftime, Gateway came out strong and found the net early in the second half.
