Gatesville swept the Lampasas Middle School boys’ basketball teams on Friday.
The eighth-grade “A” game ended in a 50-34 loss for the Badgers, who dropped to 2-6.
“This was one of the team's best overall performances despite the losing score,” coach Hadley Berry said. “Every player on the Badgers’ roster hustled around the court and demonstrated a ‘want’ to win.”
