The Badger cross country team came back home with a runner-up plaque from the meet in Pflugerville last week. The Lampasas boys finished just behind Davenport.
Ten teams and 53 total runners competed in the male division.
Badgers Kent Ashley finished in third, Brayden Phillips was fourth, and Royce Clary came in 11th. All three received medals.
