Lampasas started the La Grange boys’ soccer tournament with a 2-2 tie against La Vernia. After trailing 2-0, the Badgers added two goals by Cody Woods, both on assists from KJ Stephens.
In the second match of the day, Lampasas lost 6-2 to Palacios. Woods and Alex Cobb each scored one goal.
Lampasas won one match by forfeit against Manor Tech, which withdrew from the tournament.
