The high school football season is full of adversity. That is especially the case when your team and its entourage make a long trek out of town, such as Friday’s two-hour trip down U.S. Highway 281 to downtown San Antonio, landing just a block or two from the city’s historic Alamo landmark.

For Lampasas’ football team, it was all in a night’s work.
