David Louis Watts, 54, who was born in Pasadena, Texas and was a 22-year resident of El Paso, died on Feb. 17, 2021.

The family will hold visitation at Mt. Carmel Funeral Home, 1755 N. Zaragosa in El Paso, on Feb. 23 from 3-7 p.m. with a prayer service at 5 p.m.

Another service will be held at Sneed Funeral Chapel in Lampasas on Feb. 25, with visitation and prayer from 6-8 p.m. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Feb. 26, also at Sneed Funeral Chapel, with interment to follow at Oak Hill Cemetery in Lampasas.

David graduated from Ellison High School in Killeen and The University of Texas in Austin, with a degree in business administration. He became a store director for Walmart, district manager for Dollar Tree and a representative for the Texas Workforce Commission.

He was married to Tammy, and the father of Annette Maricela (Renato), Ryan David and Jacob Jude. He lived life to the fullest, had a love for his family, a love for God and his church family, and had a passion to travel.

In addition to being survived by his wife and children, David also is survived by his mother, Esperanza Watts; brothers Robert Watts and John Watts; and his sister, Sonia Gallegos, as well as their families.
