The early-morning hours of March 15 will forever affect the Fields family.  Around 1:56 a.m., husband and father of two Brandon Fields was awakened by a power outage. With his wife Tara, they investigated the home.  “There was nothing until I looked outside, and I saw the fire,” Tara Fields told the Dispatch Record.  Within minutes, the couple and their children made it…
