The Lometa City Council met last week to hire an engineer for the 2021-2022 Texas Community Development Block Grant Community Development Fund application and project implementation, administered by the Texas Department of Agriculture.
The decision to apply for the grant was made in the December 2020 City Council meeting, after discussion during a workshop prior.
