Council discusses wastewater plant, police communications

Lampasas City Council members on Monday received the results of a study on the city’s wastewater treatment plant and the pretreatment facilities at Ajinomoto Foods. Council members Catherine Kuehne, Randy Clark and Gordon Nelson were absent from the meeting.
