The Badgers tennis team fought through the closest match of their season Tuesday morning, going the distance against Ingram to advance to the area round.
Lampasas held off a late Warriors comeback Oct. 6 to win the bi-district championship match 10-9. While all pairings were competitive, Coach Kenneth Peiser said he knew taking the upper hand in doubles would be the key to the match.
