Commissioners Court approves more stringent rules for septic systems

The Lampasas County Commissioners Court approved new rules for on-site sewage facilities in its regular meeting Jan. 13.County Judge Randy Hoyer explained the reasoning behind the rules changes that have been submitted to the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.
