Lampasas first responders closed a portion of U.S. Highway 183 for several hours on Thursday night after a two-vehicle, head-on collision.
Lampasas Volunteer Fire Department Chief Tim Weinrick said emergency responders were called to the 8300 block of U.S. 183 at 8:55 p.m. for a report of a crash.
