A Copperas Cove man has pleaded guilty to felony assault charges.
In Lampasas County 27th District Court on Dec. 9, 29-year-old Desland Ray Wallace pleaded true and was found guilty of aggravated assault on a date/family/household member with a deadly weapon. He was sentenced to four years’ incarceration in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, with credit for days already served.
