It was a typical night when Ron Kuker went to bed on Oct. 4, 2022. He slept well until about 3:30 the next morning, and when he arose, he realized he was dizzy and got back in bed. Shortly after tucking himself back in, he said his “jaws started clenching up.” “I’d always heard that if you have pain in your jaws, your jaws clentching up, you need to think heart attack,” Kuker said.
