Kempner City Hall sustained crash-related damage for the second time in about 16 months when a sport-utility vehicle ran into the building early Friday morning.

Kempner Police Chief Charles Rodriguez said the SUV’s operator, 25-year-old Joshua Eugene Barbero of Lampasas, was arrested on a charge of drunk driving after Friday’s crash.
