Mr. Harris
Former Lometa-area constable John W. Harris died June 12, 2023 at the age of 80. He worked many years in the law enforcement field.
A memorial service will be held June 16 at 10:30 a.m. at Sneed-Carnley Funeral Chapel in Lampasas. Visitation is one hour before the service.
Harris was born Jan. 12, 1943 to John Bell Harris and Annie Grace McGowin Harris.
