Donnell Rucker Rathman, known to many as “Duck,” died suddenly in Bedford on June 16, 2022. He was 89.
A graveside memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. June 30 at Oak Hill Cemetery in Lampasas, with Pastor Jesse Thornton to officiate. Sneed-Carnley Funeral Chapel and Cremations has charge of arrangements.
